"We rented both Blue Palms and Latitudes for three families. Both houses were clean, comfortable, and suited our needs. We used the kayak and dock and caught many fish. Location is great - apx 20 miles to Key West and 30 to Marathon. We took snorkeling, kayaking, and fishing trips all within a reasonable drive from the houses. These are two great houses on a shared property."

"This house is perfect! It has everything! We enjoyed entertaining our friends who were staying close by with a big potluck cookout downstairs. The saltwater pool is so relaxing and we enjoyed hours in it everyday we stayed! This home is also super close to many wonderful restaurants. The beds were so comfy that I slept in everyday and that never happens! We lacked for nothing! We will book again when we set our dates this year, no doubt about it!"

"We couldn`t have asked for better weather to spend lazy days by the pool. We enjoyed our stay at Blue Palms Retreat. The house was the perfect size for two couples. The kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated but the outdoor area was where we spent all of our time, relaxing by the pool, fishing off the dock or lounging in the pool. The only thing that would make it better would be a screened in area for the evenings. One recommendation would be to request the guests staying in the Latitudes house park under or as close to that house as possible. One day they were parked partially blocking our view of the water from the pool deck. The next day they were blocking our entire view so we walked over and asked them to move the truck. They hadn`t realized that they were blocking our view. "
